We are not accepting refunds or exchanges at the moment, however if you feel your purchase has reached you in an unsatisfactory condition we welcome you to email us at info@cube-muse.com with “Refund / Exchange” in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Each inquiry will be dealt with on a case by case basis with the hopes a resolution will be met.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
